T-Ball League
The ball isn't even moving and they still miss it sometimes. We consider this charming. Your kid will hit a stationary object and feel like a hero. We promise to cheer loudly.

Now the ball moves. Nobody asked for this. Coaches valiantly attempt to explain the infield fly rule to children who still believe in magic. Sportsmanship ensues.
